Interaction #2 — Part One

All right, ladies and gentlemen… For the consistant readers here at der Stonegauge, you may recall I had a little Interaction section a few months back where I posed some questions to everyone and they posed some questions back to me in response…

This is just an ongoing deal… I’ll post Five Quesitons here and your job is to answer those questions as best you can. On the next thread – you can pose me five questions of your own… but please note – I’ll delete any posts that are overly crude….

At any rate — Lets start this off…

Five Questions

  1. If music is the melody of life, what band do you think is setting the tempo?
  2. If you watch Sci-Fi / Fantasy movies, which Saga do you prefer more — Star Wars, The Matrix or Lord of The Rings?
  3. What is more important to you – your ambitions or love?
  4. Describe how you think George W. Bush is performing in office and why you draw that conclusion.
  5. In a deleted scene in Pulp Fiction Mia Wallace tells Vincent Vega that there are two types of people in thsi world: Elvis people and Beatles people. In your humble opinion, which one are you?

5 Comments to Interaction #2 — Part One

  1. Keith says:

    1. The Rolling Stones. It lasts far too long and usually sucks.

    2. Star Wars Episodes IV, V and VI.

    3. Love.

    4. He is doing a marvelous job of creating more terrorists that hate America, and of creating naive citizens who believe that America is hated for its freedom.

    5. None of the above. They both sucked (awaits being banned by the host…)

  2. Sarah says:

    1) Pink Floyd…don’t know why but it’s true. I mean…listen to it…it even fits with the Wizard of Oz!

    2) LOTR. Matrix has glitches, Star Wars is far fetched. Tolkien is beautiful, well versed, and after reading the books I can only be in love with what he has accomplished.

    3) Love, though sometimes ambitions can drive love..and love can drive ambition.

    4) Shitty. He’s an airhead. No biggie, though. He’s driven us into enough debt, and he’ll have to raise taxes on an election year, so he should be beaten.

    5) Elvis..uppers and downers are the way of life until they kill you (not drugs in my case).

  3. MEL says:

    1. Dave Matthews Band
    2. It’s a toss up between the Matrix and LOTR
    3. Love
    4. I don’t do politics
    5. Beatles.

  4. 1) Elvis Presley. King of Rock and Roll with hundreds of songs to his name – and most of them have a good beat….
    2) LOTR’s
    3) Love beats ambition any day. You’ve got to be cold if you’re not going to let Love conquer you in the name of status or personal gain
    4) He’s doing a great job — for the terrorists. Tyranny is alive and well in America.
    5) Elvis sets the Tempo but I’m a Beatles person at heart – all band music originates from those guys and all I need is my buddies

  5. Um, Sarah, are you an idiot or do you just play one on the internet?

“He’s going to have to raise taxes on an election year….”

You don’t seem to know Republican politics, nor do you seem to know George W. Bush and what he and his fellow Republicans are doing when it comes to Defecit spending. You may want to take a political science class or at least get your head far enough out of your ass to realize he ain’t raising taxes for no one and that’s half the reason he is such an airhead — he thinks passing on debt to our children is fine and dandy if he can profit right now.
